Haunted Spooktacular is a Halloween Scare Attraction open for various dates throughout the month of October each year. It attracts thousands of visitors annually seeking some indoor and outdoor horror attractions.

Purpose for processing your data

Any of the information Haunted Spooktacular collects from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To forward online tickets purchased for the event and to send reminders of your upcoming bookings.
  • To update you in case of cancellation or delay due to bad weather or other reason
  • To allow you to avail of competitions or special offers, Haunted Spooktacular may run.
  • To respond to your request for information
  • To monitor and improve the quality of our service
  • If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email

How will Haunted Spooktacular use the personal data it collects about me?

Haunted Spooktacular will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in a manner compatible with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary.

We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to Haunted Spooktacular in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide on your behalf. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with Haunted Spooktacular procedures.

If we wish to pass your sensitive personal data onto a third party we will only do so once we have obtained your explicit consent, unless we are legally required to do otherwise.

All of the above requests will be forwarded on should there be a third party involved as we have indicated in the processing of your personal data.

Data will not be held for longer than is necessary for the purpose(s) for which they were obtained. Haunted Spooktacular will process personal data in accordance with our retention schedule. This retention schedule has been governed by our internal governance.

In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed by Haunted Spooktacular or how your complaint has been handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the supervisory authority and Haunted Spooktacular data protection representatives Data Protection Officer / GDPR Owner
